What should you pay attention to when purchasing hot-dip plastic steel pipes

To protect power and communication cables laid in system fields such as railways, highways, subways, and municipal construction, cable protection tubes are generally added to the pipelines when the cables pass through obstacles such as railways, highways, and rivers. Currently, the cable protection tubes on the market generally use N-HAP hot-dip plastic steel pipes. Because they are often used for road cable protection, they are also called hot-dip plastic steel cable protection tubes. With good insulation properties, chemical stability, no rust, no aging, and a wide operating temperature range (-40°C-80°C), N-HAP hot-dip plastic steel pipes can adapt to various harsh geographical environments. Products such as hot-dip plastic steel pipes can be used for plastic-coated steel pipeprotection pipes such as submarine tunnels and cross-sea bridges. The most important thing when purchasing is of course to pay attention to the quality of the
product. You can identify it like this:

1. You can first look at the surface. Generally, the surface smoothness is good, and the absence of cracks indicates that the quality is qualified;
2. You can also scrape the surface of the hot-dip plastic steel pipe with your hands or other objects to see if the coating is too easy to fall off. If there is no peeling off, it means the quality is OK. If the coating falls off with just a gentle scrape, it indicates that the quality of the product is not very good.
